(for entrepreneurs, also the business name, company ID and registered office), contact details (email address, telephone number, correspondence address), transaction data, information from telephone call records or other interactions between you and us. This is data that we obtain directly from you or from cooperating third parties.

Personal data may be transferred to other persons for the purpose of fulfilling this contract.

The above personal data may be processed both manually and automatically and will be processed exclusively for the purposes listed above and will not be passed on to other persons (except for the exceptions set out above), nor will they be made available for viewing by any other recipients of personal data.

Kapatex s.r.o. (the administrator) will process personal data only for the necessary duration of the contractual relationship (or the aforementioned contracts) and to exercise the legal claims associated with it. In the event that you do not become our customer, your consent will be valid for 5 years from its granting.

Consent is voluntary, therefore, at any time, you have the right to correct and delete personal data, as well as the right to restrict the processing of personal data and the right to object to processing or file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, provided that the conditions specified in the relevant regulations are met.

You also have the right to check your data in the database at any time or to ask Kapatex s.r.o. to provide it to you in a machine-readable format.
