Goods in stock (for example, classic towels, bath towels, bathrobes or T-shirts without printing) are usually shipped within 1–2 business days. The carrier will then usually deliver the package within another 1–2 days.
Custom production with printing or embroidery requires more time to process - depending on the quantity, the chosen technology and the current workload. We usually deliver within 5–10 working days, more complex or large orders are handled individually.
Personal collection is possible at our headquarters at Kapatex, Vážská 845/5, Prague 9 – Čakovice. You can pick up the package immediately as soon as you receive confirmation from us that the order is ready. Collection is possible from Tuesday to Friday (8:00–16:30), on Mondays depending on traffic - we recommend contacting us in advance by phone or email.
The legal delivery time for goods is 30 days, but most orders arrive much earlier.

In a hurry? Let us know if you have a deadline (for example, an event) - we can often find a faster solution or individual collection.
